ARE MGISKIN PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes. All MGI products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny & PETA.

ARE MGI SKIN PRODUCTS NUT-FREE?

Some of our products contain nut and seed oils and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products that contain nuts, so there is a possibility of cross-contamination (including tree nuts).

Common nut, seed and other allergens like coconut are listed below by product. However, you are advised to review the full ingredient listings for each product before purchase and use, which can be found on our website by using the links below.

ARE MGISKIN PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, however we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

WHAT IF A MGI SKIN PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?

Email our team at info@mgiskin.com. (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

Shipping & Delivery

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

Orders to Europe generally arrive within 3-5 business days for most countries but can take longer depending on the country.

Orders to Canada generally arrive within 5-9 business days for most provinces but can take longer depending on the province. Please review our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for estimate transit times on each province.

On average, USA orders are delivered within 9-13 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner.

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Email our team at info@mgiskin.com (please include your order number) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at info@mgiskin.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
